Employee Wellness Programme Peer Educator’s Manual

The manual aims to guide trained peer educators on how to effectively share health related information with their peers. It describes the purpose of an employee wellness programme and the peer educator’s role in this programme, highlights certain characteristics of good peer education, contains training material and interactive methods for each training session, and provides standardised monitoring and evaluation tools to follow up on expected outputs and outcomes.
