Course Report: “Evaluation of Behaviour Change Communicatoin”
Course held in Johannesburg, South Africa, 9-10 March 2012

To further facilitate the understanding of Behaviour-Change-Communication and the application of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods in day-to‐day work, a short course tailored around interventions supported by programmes of GDC was offered from 9‐10 March, 2012 in Johannesburg, South Africa. This report documents the proceedings, presentations and discussions of this short course.

Employee Wellness Programme Peer Educator’s Manual

The manual aims to guide trained peer educators on how to effectively share health related information with their peers. It describes the purpose of an employee wellness programme and the peer educator’s role in this programme, highlights certain characteristics of good peer education, contains training material and interactive methods for each training session, and provides standardised monitoring and evaluation tools to follow up on expected outputs and outcomes.
